The contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the company group against any and all claims , losses , costs , damages and expenses in respect of injury to or sickness , disease or death of any person employed by the contractor group arising out of or in connection with the contract from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to the negligence or breach of statutory duty of the company group
